This is not a course to finish or complete. You return to the same morning and evening practices each day for seven days, allowing consistency to create momentum.

How long is each session?

Each practice is approximately 30 minutes. One in the morning and one in the evening.

Do I have to do it live or at a certain time?

No. All sessions are pre-recorded and available on demand. Do them when it works for you.

Do I need any special equipment?

No special equipment is required. You can access all practices on your phone, tablet, or computer. A quiet space and something comfortable to sit or lie on is all you need.

When does the reset start?

Your reset begins the evening you sign up. Start with the evening practice, then continue with the morning and evening rhythm for the next seven days.

Do I need prior experience?

No. This reset is beginner-friendly and designed to meet you exactly where you are. 

What should I bring to the practices?

You’ll receive a printable daily reflection worksheet that you can write directly on if you’d like. You can also use a separate journal, notebook, or notes on your phone, whatever feels easiest and most supportive for you.

How long do I have access to the reset?

You’ll have access to the practices and materials for 12 months, so you can return to the reset whenever you need to rebuild momentum.
